職務概要

Support product sales and business strategies, propose, plan and create marketing tools and materials that meet the target customers, objectives and needs. Review the existing printing materials and consider the effective development of materials. Penetrate and expand the doTERRA brand image through planning and production of tools and materials that communicate the value of the doTERRA brand in an easy-to-understand manner.

主な業務内容

1. Assist with product sales and business promotion by designing and creating marketing materials that are consistent with doTERRA brand concept, and that meet the purpose and needs of the target customers.
 ・Plan, create, edit and print product catalogs and membership magazines (Living Magazine, Leadership Magazine, etc.) as well as content and materials that meet the market needs of the customers.
 ・Develop and plan copywriting and sales promotion tools based on the brand concept of products, especially new products.
 ・Plan other sales promotion tools (product literature, newsletters, presentations, localization of US materials, etc.)
 ・Create a PR Release
2. Set a production schedule for assigned tasks and create tools to fit the purpose by the deadline.
3. Manage all the production process from developing and proposing plans for printed materials generated by sales promotion plans for other departments and the US headquarters and proofreading content (ensuring consistency with doTERRA concept, checking consistency of terminology, etc.) to printing.
 ・Develop plans for production and reprinting of sales promotion tools (e.g., brochures) and various documents (e.g., sign-up kits) planned and managed by other departments.
 ・Proofread and make printing plans for localized guides (sourcing tools, etc.) provided by the US headquarters.
4. Proofread, rewrite, and write documents for newsletters, SNS content, product materials, presentations, and business tools to ensure consistency of terminology and correct and appropriate Japanese language expression.
5. Provide opportunities for feedback from related teams, departments, and customers on the sales promotion tools produced, to gather feedback on usability, areas for improvement, and customer requests, and use them as materials for consideration when creating the next materials.

Event Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the organization’s image, increasing business and customer loyalty, improving the brand experience, and educating doTERRA culture through hosting the domestic events as well as supporting HQ sponsored events.

主な業務内容

1. Supports the Senior Manager of Events, Event senior coordinator, and fulfill the following duties.
2. Planning and organizing domestic and international events
 ・Gather information on Global Convention, Presidential Diamond Trip, etc. as overseas events hosted by US Headquarters for Japanese customers to attend.
 ・Plan and organize events held in Japan, such as Japan convention, business training, incentive trips and other events.
 ・Plann and prepare the event-related gifts and promotional materials.
 ・Manage event-related materials and equipment.

3. Communications
 ・For events hosted by the US headquarters, keep abreast of event information through email and online meetings with the appropriate department at headquarters and communicate as necessary to implement the event.
 ・Coordinate planning with event vendors, travel agencies, etc. Request reservations and quotes for venues where the event will be held and coordinate with the internal accounting department for pre- and post-event reimbursements.
 ・Liaise with relevant departments in the Japan office when planning and organizing events.
 ・Ensure that event information is promoted adequately through the official website, various social media, emails, etc., so that more customers and business members can attend the event be fully satisfied.
 ・Respond to inquiries from customers and business leaders planning to attend the event.
 ・Work with the marketing team to produce print and video content related to the event and provide it to customers.

4. Analyze and Improve
 ・Survey event attendees and conduct an aggregate of customer satisfaction. Provide results to Sales Project Manager and Sales Support team.

A leader of our in-house production team, the Videographer is responsible for creating engaging and innovative video and digital media content and delivering to dōTERRA Japan’s marketing content strategy. Filming and editing short and long form productions, interviews and projects

主な業務内容

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for developing creative concept of video productions in line with the brief, sourcing references, and creating and designing the storyboard under fast turnaround timelines to establish the best creative approach – within budget and timeline constraints.
• Operate various production cameras, lighting, sound recorders, both in our in-house studio and on location.
• Confident in conducting interviews on set with subjects from the field, developing narratives, researching subjects, undertaking pre-production conversations with the subject to devise relevant interview questions prior to shoot.
• Respectfully direct talent on set, and when there is in-house crew to support, ensuring all team are aligned on the creative brief and required content is being captured
• Create ideas and concepts that are sensitive to logistics and budget parameters for day to day projects – while also able to ‘think big’ and outside the box for bigger budget productions.
• Video editing (including editing interviews) in Adobe Premiere Pro to create a variety of stylized videos for internet, social media platforms and doTERRA channels.
• Expected to shoot as a one-man-band shooter/editor, including directing talent and interviews, setting up and operating lighting and camera equipment, solo, when required.
• Responsible for making creative and technical suggestions regarding lighting, shot selection, camera operation and postproduction.
• Regular reporting to manager to ensure videos are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest creative output.
• Creating, curating and editing graphics and animation and associated assets in programs in the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Adobe After Effects.
• Responsible for being at the forefront of online video trends, technologies and techniques; sourcing and presenting new content, ideas or technical gear
